Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and any purchases from it. Usage of this site and the placing of an order indicates that you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Who Loves Me? reserves the right to change these terms at any point without notice to you.

This website is owned and operated by Who Loves Me? 8 Haverhill Road, London, SW12 0HA. We can also be contacted via email on info@wholovesme.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 834 0226. Who Loves Me? is also referred to in these terms and conditions as “we” “us” or ”our”.
Product Description
We always work to ensure that our products are accurately represented on our website, however it is possible that very slight variations in colour and layout may be experienced. Please remember that the quality of the photos that we print is determined by the quality of the photos that are uploaded to our website. Please upload the highest quality photos you can in order to get the best possible result. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of photos that are uploaded to our website or for the final print quality of the photo part of the products. Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of display.
Payment Terms
Payment is made via our website by debit or credit card at the time of purchase using a 100% secure payment gateway. Who Loves Me? reserves the right to modify the prices of items from time to time and to remove any offers or promotions without notice.
Cancellations
As each product is handmade to order, once the payment has been processed and you receive your email order confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled. However, if you become aware of any problem concerning the order you have placed, please notify us as soon as possible in case we can attempt to resolve the issue. Any corrections by Who Loves Me? to your order at this stage are not guaranteed.
Delivery
As each product is handmade to order, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to the UK (15 days for other EU countries) from the date of your email order confirmation. We currently deliver to anywhere in the EU, at the postage rates stated on the order page. We are based in the UK and only accept payments in £ sterling.
Returns
We always aim to despatch your goods in perfect condition. If for any reason your goods become damaged in transit throughout the delivery process we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible once you notify us of the problem. In the event that a product is damaged you may return it by Royal Mail special delivery in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged product, Who Loves Me? will either: a) offer to reimburse the price that you paid for the product to the card you used for the original transaction payment, plus your costs of return postage up to a maximum of £5 for items sent by special delivery, or b) offer to reprint and resend the product free of charge. As each product is a bespoke order we cannot offer to refund or replace a product unless it has been damaged in transit.
Privacy Policy
If you purchase products from us you will be asked to provide your name, address, email address, credit card number and other information. We need this information for the processing of orders. We promise to only contact you further to inform you of those of our products and services which we think may be of interest to you if you have already agreed to be contacted in this way. We will never pass your details on to third parties, with the exception of when we are legally obliged to do so by any UK government or regulatory authorities. You agree to provide us with accurate and current information when asked to do so. All the information that you supply to us is stored securely. We are listed in the Register of Data Controllers under the number Z2134815. This list of Data Controllers can be accessed at www.ico.gov.uk.
Copyright
You
You, the customer agree that the subject matter that is uploaded is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognises that because photographic matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, the absence of such a notice does not necessarily mean there is a right to reproduce the material. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction or that, where appropriate, the customer has sought and obtained the necessary copyright permission for any image provided which may require such permission. The customer also agrees to indemnify and hold the company Who Loves Me? harmless for all liability, damages and fees that may be incurred in any legal and/or regulatory action connected in any way with copyright infringement involving the work produced by Who Loves Me? or provided by the customer.
Us
All text, software, photographs, graphics, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the website is protected by our own or third party copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and applicable laws. You are not permitted, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute in any way any of these intellectual property rights. “Who Loves Me?” is our trademark and wholovesme.co.uk is our registered website domain address. You agree not to display or use either this trademark or domain name in any manner without our prior written consent.
Acceptance
By placing your order with Who Loves Me? you fully agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
There terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Who Loves Me? and govern your use of our products and service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Who Loves Me? In the case of inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and information included in other materials (e.g. email adverts, fliers), these terms and conditions will always prevail.
